Autumn: One Layer

At Less is More runs a One Layer Card Challenge with the theme "Autumn" this week.
It is always quite hard to make an OLC. But I love to challenge me to make one.
I made a simple card today using heat embossing and blending technique.

I stamped Leafy Vine from Hero Arts with embossing ink and heat embossed it using Enchanted gold EP.
I then masked about two third of the card and blended some Distress inks in autumnal tones.
The sentiment from Hero Arts was stamped in black.

Maybe this card is a little bit too busy for the Less is More Challenge. I hope the subtle gold embossing on the white side is forgivable:).

Thank you for visiting today!
Have a good day!

  1. Yet another beauty TaeEun! This is such a clever idea for a CAS card and one I will have to try. I love the idea of embossing the whole card and inking just a section, works really well and makes for one stunning card. Great to see you at TO..and see you tomorrow!!

  11. Such a great layout how you've only blended part of your card over your image. Although there is only a small amount of white space, your image is very subtle so I think you're forgiven this time ;)
Thanks so much for playing along at Less is More and ATSM this week, Anita x
