Hydrangea

Hello, crafty friends!
Hope you are having a wonderful day.

Today I have two one layer cards to share with you.
I had some coloring time with the Mondo hydrangea from Essentials by Ellen.
I used Prismacolor pencils.

Here I colored the flowers on a white CS.
The sentiment was stamped using pigment inks and clear heat embossed.

For the second card I stamped the flowers on a kraft card base.
The sentiment was stamped in white and slightly shifted again in blue and purple.
I drew here a white outline around the flowers.
To finish off the cards I added some Crystal stickles on the flower centers.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog!

  4. Wow! This is gorgeous! While I like the look one can achieve with Copics, I only have Prismacolor pencils and am really drawn to cards where they are used. I am in awe of the detail you have shown on your hydrangea flowers and leaves. Wow!! Thanks for sharing.
