Seize the Birthday - Kraft Card Base

Hello everyone! Hope you are doing well!

Today starts a new challenge at Seize the Birthday! The Toppings option for next fortnight is

Kraft Card Base

As I love to color using colored pencils on kraft cardstock, it wasn't a hard decision to do it again for this challenge :).

To start off I stamped the floral cluster stamp from Florets set by Penny Black on my kraft card base using an embossing ink. I stamped it twice on two diagonal corners. I then colored one cluster on left top corner using Prismacolor colored pencils. After done with coloring I white heat embossed the image with the help of MISTI. The sentiment is also from Penny Black. I white heat embossed it onto the card. For some more interest I dry embossed a deckle frame using Distressed Edges die from Spellbinders. Some holo clear sequins were my finishing touch.

That's it from my side. Now it's your turn to play along! If you don't want to do with Toppings option, you may enter any newly created birthday card as always!

Please stop by Seize the Birthday blog for more inspirations from my team mates and our Surprise Party Guest Becca Cruger!

Thank you so much for stopping by!
See you in the Seize the Birthday gallery :)!
Hugs,
TaeEun

  3. This stamp and the beautiful pencil colouring looks great on the kraft card TaeEun and love the way you have left one with just the embossing ink outline, and what a great idea to white heat emboss the coloured one after you have used the pencils, and a lovely coordinating sentiment in the white too. x
