Seize the Birthday - Circles

Hello everyone! Hope you're having a great week so far!

Today is Seize the Birthday Thursday :)! And of course I have a birthday card to share with you :)!

The Toppings option for this challenge is CIRCLES !
As always you may link up any newly created birthday card in our gallery, if you want to.

I have created three circle windows on my card.

To start off I stamped Rose Bouquet from The Ton's October Release in Tattered Rose and twisted Citron DI on Bristol Smooth paper, watercolored, and fussy cut them. The front panel with circle windows was cut with my Cricut and dry embossed using Fabric Weave EF by Spellbinders.
To create the blended background I used Twisted Citron, Peacock Feather, Fossilized Amber and Broken China DOX. The front panel was foam mounted on the cardbase. I then placed the bouquets into the circle windows. The banner is from Thankful Cornucopia set from The Ton and the sentiment is from Penned Sentiments also from The Ton. I gold heat embossed them and cut the banner using coordinating die. After I glued the banner onto the card, I added some clear Dew Drops to finish off the card.

That's it from my side. Please hop over to the Seize the Birthday Blog. There are gorgeous inspiration cards from my amazing team mates and our surprise party guest Becca Cruger waiting for you!

Thank you so much for stopping by! Hope you play along!
Hugs,
TaeEun

  1. the loveliest birthday bouquet anyone would adore! The embossing is hard to see, but I think it's one I borrow from Bobby on occasion... OH I should remind her to bring it on Monday - yes, you are invited to join us, TaeEun! any day! xx

  2. A gorgeous card TaeEun and the way you have designed the circles with the beautiful flowers tucked into them is a really great idea, and the colouring and colour choices are so uplifting and pretty. The embossed background and the gold heat embossed sentiment and banner finish it wonderfully well. x
