Simple Valentine's Day Cards

Hello and happy Friday everyone!!!

I needed Valentine's day cards for my kid's school. So I decided to go with a CAS design for a mass production.

I made 4 inch square cards and matching envelopes. My Cricut was a great help!

I stamped the peony cluster from Timeless Peonies Print by The Ton on the right bottom corner of the cardbase in Rose Quartz, Soft Garnet and Red Sangria hybrid ink. I stamped the leaves in gray using Crystal Pewter and Smoky Quartz.

I then cut the heart from a soft pink cardstock with Cricut and cut out the part of the heart where the heart overlap the peony cluster using coordinating die for Timeless Peonies Print. XOXO was silver heat embossed on the heart. The heart was foam mounted and the card was done!!!

I want to enter this card into two challenges!

Thank you so much for looking!!!
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!!!

  1. What a pretty design TaeEun and I love your pink heart with the beautifully coloured peonies and the lovely and shiny crosses and hearts sentiment on the heart which looks great with the shape of the flower cluster cut from the edge, such a clever idea. x

  2. Die cutting the edge of the heart to flow around the flowers was such a brilliant idea, TaeEun. The cards are lovely with the silver embossing.

  3. Those are the luckiest kids alive, to get these lovelies for Valentine's Day!
Gorgeous idea to die cut the edge of the heart...

  4. Love the embossed sentiment and partial die cut on the heart. Thanks for joining us at addicted to Stamps and More!
